Artist Statement
My paintings are based on natural forms and a sense of place. Natural forms provide me with the curves, patterns and colours for semi-abstraction. I enjoy experimenting with different paint media – watercolour, oils, collage to create a sense of rhythm, colour and Derbyshire.
