Artist Statement
I make a range of functional, domestic pots, usually in stoneware clay. My pots are thrown, using an old Podmore wheel and fired in oxidation in my electric kiln. Most of my pots are made for daily use in the kitchen, but I also make decorative pots for the house and garden. I like to glaze my work so that the texture of the clay remains visible and tactile.
