Artist Statement
Hand-built ceramic pots influenced by nature. My work comprises of functional pieces in stoneware clay and decorative wall hangings using foraged botanicals.
Pieces are created using natural tools foraged from the Peak District and beaches visited while travelling. Shells, sticks and pebbles help guide me as I carve, decorate and shape the clay.
